Lady

This is 4 year old Lady (formerly Daisy) who is now enjoying life to the full. She came from a family who had used her for breeding, but then decided they did not want her any more. She has settled in wonderfully well with her new owner Stefan.

Stefan says that she is a pleasure to be with. She gets on superbly with Sumo, who is 10 years old & she frequently cuddles up with him as one of the pictures shows. Stefan says lead walking was difficult with her at first, she did not seem to understand this, but he introduced a “Canny Collar” with a “Flexi Lead” which worked.

Although excellent on recall she is, as are most Dalmatians “selectively deaf” when it comes to entering other people’s gardens & looking for any food scraps. Their weekly walk to the Pet Shop involves taking a path that runs parallel to a miles worth of rear gardens & she knows every one that she can get into!

As you can see from the picture, she loved the snow back in February, after she had recovered from her spaying in January, hence the vet collar in one of the Pics, but she also loves snuggling up to Sumo. A very happy Lady indeed.
